Scope of Work: Master Locators performed concrete scanning services to mark out all locatable utilities and anomalies in order for the client to drill 15 cores on the 9th floor of the building. Master Locators used concrete imaging as well as EM locating to find electric lines, and multiple unknowns of suspected reinforcement or post tension cables. Connected to all conduits within electric rooms that may be entering floor. We were able to use sensors and software equipment and The technician was able to scan the area and located electric and unknowns in those locations, however we did not have access to the electric room on the lower floor. All of the work that is being done now because they’re in the process for building a new law library in the Penn Center building. Jenkins law library is a non profit organization and it was the first law library was built in the Old City section of Philadelphia.
