Scope of work: MUST BRING EXTRA CONES & BARRIERS for protection high traffic area on private roads.

Master Locators (ML) will provide CCTV inspection services via robotic crawler to inspect approximately 1,300LF of a SD tunnel, as dimensionally described below. Crawler camera will be equipped with a locatable sonde to be located from above ground at grade level; video inspection report will show any issues in correlation with horizontal location of pipe from above.

Tunnel is approximately 1,300 feet long & 8 feet wide and has two access points. Wall is about 3 feet high with an arched brick, stone or cement roof up to about 8' 6". Specifically concerned with the inspection of the brick, stone or cement; not as concerned with the side walls.

Tunnel is open by the west end and on the other end it goes to the Brandywine River. No easy access from the river side.

Access needed from both ends. Proposal assumes free and clear access for camera to traverse through tunnel as well as for technician to safely deploy the camera unit from the access points.

We will begin our investigation from the West (inlet) side at station 0,0. The crawler camera will traverse as far as it can go unobstructed, then we will re-deploy the crawler from the Brandywine River side (outlet), send it in to (hopefully, if unobstructed) that end point of the first deployment, and zero the odometer at that station; the final deliverable report will factor in this first deployment end-point and second deployment start point for continuity in reporting with station numbers.
